Why we need you

We’re scaling our portfolio of AI‑driven analytics, rule‑engine and document‑search products into banks, telecom operators and government ministries across CEE & the GCC. We need a presales professional who can translate technical value into clear business outcomes, craft winning proposals, and open doors at C‑level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage prospects alongside Sales to map pain‑points, KPIs and decision criteria.
  • Lead the creation of RFx responses, commercial proposals and SoWs – from requirements matrix to pricing sheets and executive summaries.
  • Tailor live demos (web & on‑site) of OmniView, RuleCraft, CogniDoc and BidBuddy AI to banking, telecom and public‑sector use‑cases.
  • Nurture and expand contact networks within target banks (e.g., risk & compliance), mobile operators (network, IT, CX) and ministries (digital transformation).
  • Produce battle‑cards that differentiate our on‑prem/offline LLM and ClickHouse‑based stack against major vendors.
  • Maintain deal data in CRM; ensure smooth transition to Delivery with signed scope, acceptance criteria and revenue plan.

Must‑Have Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years presales / solution consulting in enterprise software (analytics, AI, core banking, BSS/OSS or gov‑tech).
  • Proven track record of authoring winning proposals — attach 1–2 anonymised samples if possible.
  • Strong business English; Romanian or Arabic is a plus.
  • Confident in front of senior stakeholders; can white‑board architecture and ROI.
  • Familiar with one or more sectors: financial services, telecommunications, central / local government.
  • Able to travel up to 20% for client workshops and trade events.

Nice‑to‑Have

  • Experience with public procurement portals or e‑tendering (SEAP, MTIT, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of Spring Boot / React stacks (you won’t code, but you’ll demo).
  • Understanding of AI/ML lifecycle or data‑engineering pipelines (Kafka, ClickHouse, Flink).
