One of the largest and fastest growing Assisted Reproduction Clinics and Donor Egg Bank is seeking an experienced Account Specialist who is bilingual or a native Romanian speaker (C2 level).
This remote position is open to candidates located in Romania. If you have a background in account management or sales, both nationally and internationally, and are passionate about serving B2B customers, then this opportunity is for you!

Essential Job Functions:

• Develop and maintain productive long-term relationships with Romanian IVF clinics and hospitals.
• Prepare required documentation and participate in public tenders.
• Respond to B2B accounts and individual patients’ queries via email and/or phone in a timely manner, providing accurate information.
• Promote company services, products, and opportunities to key accounts.
• Manage the fulfillment of requests and handle incident management.
• Maintain and update client information in the database.
• Establish and develop contacts with Romanian tour operators and other intermediary companies in the medical tourism sector.
• Attend local and international medical congresses and trade fairs.
• Support the Marketing Department by participating in patients’ online forums, translating texts, preparing articles, etc.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Native or bilingual Romanian (C2) and intermediate English (B2 or higher).
• Commercial orientation and B2B sales experience, preferably in: Medically Assisted Reproduction, healthcare, medicine, or pharmacy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently while delivering high-quality service.
• Willingness to travel frequently for business.
