We are looking for an experienced and polished Head Hostess to lead the hosting team at our upscale restaurant located in DIFC, Dubai. As the Head Hostess, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest receives a warm welcome and impeccable service from the moment they arrive. Your role involves managing reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, and leading a team of hostesses to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

To be considered for the role of Head Hostess in a Restaurant in DIFC, Dubai you will need to fulfill the following requirements:

Oversee and manage the hosting team, ensuring that all guests are greeted warmly and seated promptly.
Manage and coordinate reservations, optimizing table allocations to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service, setting the standard for the hosting team.
Handle VIP guests and special requests with the utmost professionalism, ensuring a personalized experience.
Maintain a well-organized and welcoming reception area that reflects the luxury standards of the restaurant.
Train, mentor, and schedule hostesses, ensuring they are well-prepared to meet the restaurant’s service standards.
Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with tact and efficiency, ensuring a positive resolution.
Collaborate with the restaurant management and service teams to ensure seamless operations and a high-quality dining experience.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment.
Previous experience as a Head Hostess or similar role in a fine dining or luxury restaurant setting is required.
